Our 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with the course, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason. Your statutory cancellation rights. Under Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act (38/1978) you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this course is digital content supplied immediately, that statutory right ends once you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you will lose the withdrawal right — you are asked to confirm both at checkout before the course opens. The legal position

Training Duties in Finland

In Finland, the employer must give workers adequate instruction and guidance on the hazards of their work and how to work safely. The duty comes from the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Työturvallisuuslaki 738/2002, section 14), which implements the EU Framework Directive 89/391/EEC.

This online course covers general workplace safety principles, not tied to one country's legislation. It does not replace the workplace-specific instruction and orientation your employer gives you.

Doing electrical work? In Finland that is covered by the Electrical Safety Act and SFS 6002 — see our Electrical Work Safety (SFS 6002) course.
